  1.    Cook Islands: the Moroccan passport holders can enter this country visa-free and have the time limit of 31 days.
  2.    Marshall Islands: holders of Moroccan passport do not require a visa or granted Visa on arrival.
  3.    Micronesia: this country requires a visa on entry from Morocco nationals or passport holders on entering the country. The limited period is30 days.
  4.    Niue: this country offers visa-free entry for 30 days to Morocco nationals.
  5.    Palau: Visa on arrival to Morocco nationals or passport holders for the period of 30 days.

      Seriously you have to reapply, however try and go for a full degree programme. It’s shows that you are more determined.
      Concerning the strong tie. From all my recent experience about visa rejection, I m convinced those guy at the embassy cannot come clean on it. They are not sincere.
