– Letter of invitation from the organization or business partner in Namibia, on the company’s letter headed paper
– Evidence of continuous business dealings with the company in Namibia
– Letter of introduction from your company in Nigeria
– The company’s tax clearance certificate.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANT ON VISITING

– Letter of invitation from the person inviting you.
– Evidence that the person who is inviting you will be capable of taking your financial responsibility while in Namibia
– Genuine contact details and street address of the invitee.

After the compilation and collation of all the required documents you’re to submit them personally at the Namibia high Commission in Abuja
Please note the following points before submission:
РBe sure you pay a non-refundable  visa processing fee of #11,500
– Be sure you sign and date the visa application form
– Be aware that if you’re travelling on tourist visa you will not be allowed to engage in working activities.
– That those who requested for instantaneous visa will pay a non refundable fee of #23,000.

 

You can visit the Consulate Monday to Thursday, between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon.

– Please submit your completed visa application well ahead of your scheduled travel.

-The processing time is 3 to 4 working days.
