HOW TO GET EGYPT VISA IN NIGERIA

  1. The first step is that you must have an international passport with six months validity and at least two unused visa pages.
  2. Get an online Egyptian embassy visa application form.
  3. Fill  your details correctly in the form.
  4. If you’re visiting a relation, friend or organisation you must get a letter of invitation.
  5. Get two recently acquired passport sized photograph.
  6. Get a duly signed Nigeria port health issuance certificate, popularly called ‘yellow card’.
  7. A printout copy of confirmed hotel reservation.
  8. Attached a copy of letter of introduction from your employer indicating your designation, and duration of your holiday or leave from the company . If you’re self-employed you need a copy of your tax certificate. And if you’re going for studies, a copy of letter of admission and evidence of payment of school fees is needed.
  9. Get a recently acquired bank statement duly signed by your bank.
  10. Attached the receipt of the visa fee of the Egyptian Embassy.
  11. A non Nigerian applying from Nigeria must submit and includes copy of his valid visa in Nigeria

  1. Dear Sir / Madam, please advise if a Chinese national requires a Transit Visa when just transiting through Cairo Airport? The travel plan is Lagos – Cairo – Beijing. Obviously the holder of onward travel and not leaving the airport terminal.

  3. hello please, can i get a template of a filled egypt application form? i have filled one, just want to know if i av filled correctly? the form is also asking for passport number in 15digits, meanwhile Nigeria passport number is only 9. please assist. Thanks

  4. Medical Report is not required or does the Yellow Card cover for that?
