1. Download and carefully complete the visa application form and signed the printout.
2. Your International passport with at least 6 months validity and unused visa pages.
3. A recently taken passport sized photograph with white background.
4. Photocopy of the data page of your passport.
5. Health travel insurance from a reputable insurance company in Nigeria,  covering you stay in Australia.
6. Your last six months bank account statement duly endorsed by the Bank.

8. Nigeria Port Health certificate, called Yellow card.
9. Evidence of accommodation arrangement or hotel booking.
10. Evidence of airline booking, specify your arrival and departure dates.
11. Polio vaccination certificate. – the standard requirements of Australia Government is that all visa applicants who came from or have spent at least 28 days in Cameroon, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Israel, Pakistan, Syria and Somalia are required to present a certificate of vaccination against Polio together with their visa application.
12. For an employee travelling on vacation:
A letter of leave and letter of introduction from his employer.
13. For applicants travelling for conference, cultural, social events or sport invitation, should be able to:
(a) Produce evidence of registration.
(b) Letter of invitation for the event or conference.
(c) Date and venues.
(d) Evidence of payment made to the organiser of the event.

14. Additional requirements for applicant travelling for business purpose.
(a) Letter of invitation from your business partner or organisation inviting you to Australia.
(b) The company’s certificate of incorporation.
(c) The company’s Bank statement of account for the last 6 months.
(d) Your original tax clearance certificate.
(e) If you have been having business dealings with the company in the past, original papers must be submitted.
(f) If your partner is providing accommodation the organisation must provide proof.

15. An under-age person travelling unaccompanied or with a guardian. The guardian must show:
(a) The birth certificate of the child.
(b) Letter of consent from both parents.
(c) Copy of parent’s identity cards or the data page of their passports.
(d) The guardian must sign the child’s visa application form.

BOOKING OF APPOINTMENT

After the preparations and collation of all required documents the next stage is to book an appointment in order to get a date for:
1. Submission of Visa application form and documents

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION AT THE VISA APPLICATION CENTRE

3. Afterwards, submit yourself for biometric formality where your facial and fingerprints shall be captured.

 

WAIT FOR VISA DECISION
