1. Canadian Visa Fees for Temporary Residence

For the purpose of temporary residence in Canada, there are a number of visa types issued and they include a work permit, visitors’ visa, super visa and study permit (or student ’s visa).

Visitors’ Visa: Visitors’ visa is usually obtained by those intending to visit Canada for the purpose of tourism. It can be obtained by a family, an individual or a group of people willing to visit Canada for temporary residence. Visitors’ visa can be issued to Nigerians regardless of the number of times they wish to visit Canada.

Visitors’ Visa Fees for Individuals: If you’re visiting Canada as a single person i.e. without anyone accompanying you, it will cost you 100 Canadian dollars to obtain the visitors’ visa. Currently, this should be equivalent to #28,664 since 1 Canadian dollar is worth #286.64.

Visitor’s Visa for Family: If you’re visiting Canada as a family (that comprises five or more persons), it will cost you 500 Canadian dollars to obtain the visitor’s visa.
