HOW TO APPLY FOR MALAYSIA VISA IN NIGERIA

  • SOCIAL VISA

When you are applying for Social Visa, which is common to visitors, tourists etc, you have to submit the following documents personally at Embassy

  1. Your International passport with at least 6 months validity and unused visa pages
  2. A carefully filled visa application form
  3. Photocopy of the data page of your passport
  4. Original and photocopy of letter of invitation from a relation or organisation in Malaysia
  5. Letter of introduction from your place of work in Nigeria
  6. 2 recently taken passport sized photograph
  7. If you’re travelling to Malaysia for the first time, obtain a certificate of clearance from National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA )
  8. Original and Photocopy of a duly signed yellow fever certificate
  9. Confirmed return airline ticket with all the booking details
  10. Confirmed hotel reservation indicating date of arrival and departure
  11. A recently acquired original and copy of your statement of account signed by your Bank and a letter of reference
  12. pay the visa fee
  • BUSINESS VISA

Applying for business visa is similar to the above but with few additional requirements :

  1. Your International passport with at least 6 months validity and unused visa pages
  2. Photocopy of your passport data page.
  3. Letter of invitation from your business partner in Malaysia
  4. Letter of introduction from your company in Nigeria
  5. If you’re going for the first time, obtain a certificate of clearance from National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA )
  6. Original and photocopy of a duly signed yellow fever certificate
  7. Original and photocopy of last 3 months statement of account from your bank and a reference letter
  8. A confirmed return airline ticket with all the booking details
  9. Confirmed hotel reservation indicating date of arrival and departure
  10. Original and photocopy of your tax returns
  11. Original and photocopy of your company certificate of incorporation
  12. Any other supporting documents from your business partner in Malaysia
  13. Pay the visa fee

  • STUDENT VISA

To apply for student visa you must submit the following documents :

  1. An International passport with at least 6 months validity and unused visa pages
  2. Photocopy of the data page of your passport.

  5. Submit original immigration approval letter.
  6. Original and copy of your relevant credentials

  9. Letter of eligibility from the Ministry of education in Nigeria

  12. Pay the visa fee
